Double Blocked (takes 2 elective selections) and meets daily
Members are students who are just starting to learn their instruments
Regular practice will be required as needed. Since we meet daily in school for 90 minutes, students should often be able to master skills in class.
Solo & Ensemble participation required
There will be up to 3 concerts throughout the year. Participation in all concerts is required.
To prepare for the concerts, there may be 2-4 extra rehearsals after school throughout the year so we can all practice together. This is important because beginning band members are spread out over 3 different classes in school.
